No, this is not to say you need to change your entire diet. But, by adding more foods that are rich calcium, chromium, iron, magnesium, and similar nutrients you will begin feeling overall happier and better. This is because the nutrients these foods have help release hormones like serotonin, which are known to make people happy. And, as all big women should know, when you are happy yourself, you are bound to feel more beautiful.
2. Try Some Yoga
Yoga has so many health benefits, it is a little crazy. But one that does not always get the attention that it deserves is how doing yoga can make you happier. Being happy, in turn, will make you have a more positive outlook on your life, which will help big women feel more beautiful.
