“I moved in with him about a month ago and I have never been so happy as I am now” – Lydia said.

“Hi, I just wanted to let y’all know about me and my boyfriend. I have never really tried a dating app before so I was pretty hesitant. I started with bumble and tinder not know what I was doing. I felt really self-conscious about my weight and I tried posting images of myself that didn’t show my weight. Because I did that I really didn’t feel true to myself, so one day I search in google for plus size dating apps. I was skeptical at first, but WooPlus looked cool, so I tried it. I had happened on this unique photo of a guy with the longest beard in the world with a bra on his head and three pugs behind him. It was so odd and unlike most picture I had seen of People, that I instantly wanted to talk to him. We talked for a good week and decided to meet each other. Sunday, August 5th, we will be dating for six months now. I moved in with him about a month ago and I have never been so happy as I am now. I want to thank you so much for helping me find my boyfriend and I sincerely appreciate y’all for creating a space where people of a larger statue can feel safe and comfortable in their own skin.”
