Erstmal ist es für mich wichtig auf mich u. mein Bauchgefühl zu hören.
Dann erstmal reflektieren was vielleicht der Auslöser ist u. es dann auf empathische Weise meinem Partner deutlich machen was in mir vor geht, was ich mir wünschen würde

Wenn man dadurch seine Ex vergisst, finde ich es nichtmal so extrem schlimm, man sollte dennoch darüber sprechen
